Our Team

Paul Antony is the Founder and CEO of MAP Investco Inc., the private family investment vehicle through which he and his family deploy long-term capital. Drawing on more than three decades of experience building and leading businesses in automotive, data, and analytics, Paul brings an operator’s discipline and a strategic investor’s mindset to every investment. 

Paul was the Founder and CEO of CARPROOF Corporation, growing it into one of North America’s leading vehicle-data companies before its sale. Most recently he served on the board of OEC alongside Genstar Capital, a provider of software solutions to the automotive aftermarket, including OEMiQ/RepairLogic, a SaaS product developed by MAP and acquired by OEC. He also served as Executive Chairman of AutoCanada Inc., where he guided a significant operational and cultural transformation. 

Grounded in a family legacy in the automotive industry dating back to 1938, Paul continues to invest in innovative, data-driven businesses that combine technology, insight, and enduring value creation.

Paul is a native of London, Ontario and currently resides there with his family. 

Jasson serves as Managing Partner at MAP Investco, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and investment strategy. Since joining in 2018, he has played a central role in guiding MAP’s portfolio of software, data, and information-driven businesses through growth and transformation. This includes MAP's investment in OEC alongside Genstar Capital, as well as a leadership role in the development of OEMiQ/RepairLogic.

Prior to MAP, Jasson spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles in investment banking, including Managing Director and Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at UBS, and Managing Director at Jefferies.  Beyond MAP, Jasson is an active investor and board member across multiple ventures. 

Jasson is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and currently resides there with his family.

 Albert Cheng serves as General Counsel at MAP Investco Inc., where he oversees all legal, regulatory, and governance matters across the firm’s diverse investment and operating portfolio. Since joining MAP in 2018, Albert has played a key role in advising the company on its transactions,  strategic investments, and guiding the firm’s compliance and risk management initiatives.

Before joining MAP, Albert was General Counsel at CARPROOF Corporation (now part of S&P Global), a leading automotive data company recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. Albert began his legal career at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto, where he practiced in the firm’s Technology Law Group, advising clients on complex commercial, data, and IP transactions.

Albert is a native of Toronto, Ontario, and currently resides in London, Ontario with his wife.

Geoff Kiddell serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at MAP Investco Inc., where he oversees the firm’s financial strategy, treasury operations, and reporting across a diversified portfolio of investments. With more than a decade of experience in corporate finance and investment management, Geoff provides strategic guidance to the Managing Partners and leads initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance and operational efficiency. 

Prior to MAP Investco, Geoff held senior financial leadership roles at CDK Global and CARPROOF Corporation, where he managed multi-division budgeting, forecasting, and audit functions across Canada and the U.S., and successfully led several high-value negotiations and process improvements. 

Geoff is a native of London, ON, and has a bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario and a CPA Designation.

 Tony Bidner is a seasoned technology leader and software architect specializing in product engineering, SaaS platform development, and cloud architecture. He currently consults for several organizations on digital transformation and software strategy initiatives while also building his own startup ventures in the automotive technology space.

Previously, Tony served as Director of Product Engineering & Development at OEConnection (OEC) and Vice President of Technology & Development at MAP Investco, where he continues to advise on strategic projects. Earlier in his career, Tony was Director of Architecture at CARPROOF Corporation, overseeing the company’s software architecture, development, and quality assurance teams through a period of rapid growth and innovation.

With over a decade of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, Tony brings a unique mix of technical depth, product vision, and business acumen to every engagement.
